Product description:
Absorbent, self-adhesive Medisorb P PLUS ADHESIVE polyurethane dressing effectively optimizes the wound healing process. The product consists of three layers:
- hydrophilic polyurethane foam- a soft, elastic layer responsible for maintenance of humidity of a wound. It has a high exudate absorption capacity due to its 'pore-in-pore' structure.
- a semi-permeable polyurethane foil- an external layer protecting the wound from external factors
- a hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive- layer ensuring fixation of the dressing to the wound
- silicone paper- adhesive-protecting layer, perforated for easier application

Intended use:
The adhesive dressing Medisorb P PLUS ADHESIVE is intended for treatment of exuding wounds, namely post-operative wounds, shin ulceration secondary to venous insufficiency, extensive post-traumatic injuries, and for bedsores. The dressing should be perfectly applicable for rapid cleaning of necrotic tissue and purulent exudes from all kinds of wounds.
Sterilization:
Medisorb P PLUS ADHESIVE dressings are offered for sale as a sterile product - sterilized by radiation.
