Optomesh® 3D devices do not contain substances of allogenic and animal origin. Optomesh® 3D devices have a marker that facilitates mesh implantation. The tag is made of blue monofilament polypropylene yarn.
INDICATIONS
Optomesh® 3D surgical meshes are recommended for reconstructive procedures to supplement and / or strengthen soft tissue defects in the case of primary and recurrent inguinal hernias.
Depending on the type of hernia and the surgical method used, the appropriate type of surgical mesh can be selected, taking into account the preferences of the surgeon, the nature of the reconstruction and the applicable medical standards.
PRECAUTIONS
STERILISATION PROCESS
Sterilisation is done with Ethylene Oxide (EO) in a validated process.
The product remains sterile until the expiry date, only in its original packaging, under appropriate storage conditions.
